Refunds/Returns Policy

Most products bought at the Veriuni Store carry the following refund policy, unless otherwise stated below or on that product's order form:

Customers who wish to return product(s), must complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. This will provide the customer with an RMA Number. CLICK HERE FOR RMA FORM.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA Number, written clearly on the outside of the box. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and will not be refunded.

All returns must be received at SFI at the address below on or before the 30-day money-back guarantee expires.

If the customer paid for product with a credit card, a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the credit card originally used for payment, within 30 days of the date of return.

If a customer paid for product with a bank draft or check and then returns the product, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless the customer provides a copy of the paid bank draft or paid check from his or her financial institution. The customer will be issued a refund check if product is received within the 30-day money back guarantee and the check or bank draft for the original purchase has cleared.

Items received after the 30-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable.

VERIUNI Cleaning and Wellness Products:

All Veriuni environmentally safe cleaning and nutritional products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of shipment. Please follow the guidelines above for return.

VERIUNI ISP: Cancellation—The use of the ISP service will begin to take effect on the date that your completed registration is accepted. You will be charged for the entire calendar month for each calendar month during any part of which you are authorized to access the ISP service. You may cancel or terminate ISP service at any time only by calling VERIUNI ISP customer service at 1-866-305-2380 in advance of the month in which service is to be terminated. Except as provided in the VERIUNI ISP Terms and Agreement policy, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation. Please review the following examples very carefully:

Example 1: If you provide cancellation notification on the first day of January, you will be billed for the entire month of January. You will not be billed for February.

Example 2: If you provide cancellation notification on the last day of January, you will be billed for the entire month of January. You will not be billed for February.

Example 3: If you sign up for the Service on the 31st of January, you will be charged for the entire month of January.

VERIUNI Long Distance Services: Cancellation—To cancel your VERIUNI Long Distance service, please call long-distance customer service at 1-800-893-5094. Except as provided in the VERIUNI Long Distance Terms and Agreement policies, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

REFUND: Membership begins from the date of purchase. You should receive your IntroPak (with $1,000 in bonuses) within 3 to 4 weeks from purchase date. In the meantime, you are given access to your membership online at www.iahbe.org. In order to receive a refund of $29.95 for your initial order, you must return the MoneyPak and SFI Magazine (both are enclosed in your IntroPak) in resalable condition within 55 days (45 days for review + 10 days for return shipment) from the purchase date. If you wish to be reimbursed for monthly IAHBE membership fees incurred during the initial 45-day review, you must also return all MoneyPaks received (they must be in resaleable condition) during that time period.

CANCELLATION: IAHBE is an ongoing monthly membership. Subsequent month’s memberships are charged on or about the 10th of each month. If you cancel your membership prior the 10th of the month, cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for that month’s membership. If cancellation is made after the 10th of the month and you have been charged, then cancellation will take affect with the following month’s membership. There are no refunds available for previous months’ MoneyPaks.
